Jobot is seeking a Senior Manager, Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting to serve as the companys SME for U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, and policy matters.

You will lead technical accounting research, oversee Form 10-K/10-Q/8-K filings, and advise leadership on complex transactions. The ideal candidate has CPA, 8–12+ years public-company experience, and deep knowledge of debt and equity structures, including convertible debt and stock-based compensation.

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required and public-company experience are essential.
• 8–12+ years of progressive accounting experience with SEC reporting.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP, SEC rules, and debt/equity accounting.

Responsabilités

• Lead preparation and review of Form 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K and SEC filings.
• Research complex accounting matters and prepare memoranda.
• Oversee disclosures, footnotes, and policy updates.
• Provide guidance on acquisitions, remeasurements, and capital structures.
• Collaborate with external auditors and cross-functional teams.
