Job summary

Fund Services Group (FSG) is seeking a Financial Reporting Vice President to drive the design and delivery of fund financial statements and SEC filings for private funds and registered investment companies.

You will lead and mentor a team, implement scalable processes, and coordinate with clients, auditors and internal teams to ensure timely, accurate reporting. The role emphasizes high standards, teaching and collaboration across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of hands-on fund financial reporting experience.
• Experience implementing, documenting, and improving processes.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements.
• Ability to lead projects with sound decisions.
• Passion for teaching, mentoring, and helping others succeed.
• Exceptional written communication skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative approach that values relationships and expertise.

Responsibilities

• Support the Director in growing and leading FSG's Financial Reporting practice.
• Lead scalable processes for timely, accurate fund financial statements and SEC filings.
• Prepare, review, and coordinate the filing of Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, via DFIN ActiveDisclosure.
• Lead and mentor team members committed to quality, accountability and client service.
• Serve as a resource for SEC reporting requirements, filings and regulatory changes.
• Coordinate with clients, auditors, counsel and internal teams to deliver complete, accurate reporting.
• Create workflows, documentation and controls to scale the practice efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve reporting processes through automation and technology.
• Stay current on FASB/SEC developments and apply changes to filings.
