Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in fund accounting or investment management.
• Strong U.S. GAAP, financial reporting, and investor operations knowledge.
• Experience leading teams and managing third-party service providers.

Aufgaben

• Lead ongoing financial and operational management of multiple investment funds.
• Serve as SME across fund accounting, financial reporting, investor operations.
• Oversee relationships with fund administrators, auditors, banking partners, lenders.
• Review and approve capital activity, NAV reconciliations, financial statements, investor reporting.
• Lead quarterly and annual reporting, GAAP statements and audits.
• Drive scalable processes, technology, data, and reporting solutions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency and stakeholder experience.
• Lead projects and communicate milestones, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a geographically distributed team.
