Job summary

Storm3 is seeking a VP of Sales West (Remote) to lead hunter efforts in complex revenue cycle solutions for hospitals nationwide. You will drive new logo acquisition, expand strategic relationships with hospital executives, and close enterprise deals that improve financial outcomes.

This role requires strong executive communication, meticulous pipeline management, and a disciplined, CRM-driven approach to forecasting travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of direct hospital sales experience in revenue cycle or adjacent healthcare services.
• Proven hunter background selling to CFOs/VP Revenue Cycle.
• Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle, claims, denials, and revenue recovery.
• Ability to maintain CRM hygiene, forecasts, and activity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition across hospitals and health systems.
• Expand strategic relationships with C-suite executives (CFO, VP Revenue Cycle).
• Present solutions that improve hospital financial outcomes and cash flow.

VP Sales West (Remote) — Complex Revenue Cycle / RCM

Overview

A high-growth, mission-driven healthcare technology company is transforming the toughest areas of the revenue cycle—helping hospitals predict, prevent, and recover lost revenue using advanced analytics and an AI-enabled platform. We’re hiring a VP, Sales (hunter) to drive new logo acquisition and expand strategic relationships with hospital executives, selling solutions that materially improve financial outcomes for health systems nationwide.

Required Skills

• Proven hunter experience selling to hospitals (CFO / VP Revenue Cycle level)
• Strong knowledge of hospital revenue cycle (complex claims/denials/revenue recovery)
• Consistent history of hitting/exceeding quota, building pipeline, and closing enterprise deals
• Excellent executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Highly self-directed, disciplined, and process-driven (CRM hygiene, forecasting, activity metrics)

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with workers’ compensation medical payments
• Understanding of inpatient hospital billing
• Comfort representing the business at industry events/trade shows

Preferred Education and Experience

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred
• 5+ years of direct hospital sales experience in revenue cycle or adjacent healthcare services

• Remote role with travel as needed across territory/market
• Ability to maintain regular, reliable attendance and operate effectively with leadership stakeholders
