Job summary

DuraServ seeks player/coaches — proven sales leaders who haven't forgotten how to hunt. This is a player/coach VP, Sales & Service role where you personally manage and grow a book of business while also developing a high-performing sales team.

You’ll own a branch, close deals, coach reps, forecast, and manage P&L. On-site leadership with clients and teams is required; this is not a remote role.

Qualifications

• Proven sales record with leadership instincts.
• Hunter mentality with ability to develop and close deals.
• Experience managing or building a book of business across a territory.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Personally manage and grow an assigned book of business—still in the field and closing.
• Build relationships with facility managers, GCs, builders, and commercial operators across your territory.
• Develop competitive sales strategies using market data and customer history.
• Act as the visible face of DuraServ in your market—from cold call to contract.
• Lead, develop, and retain a branch sales team; recruit, coach and align with growth objectives.
• Own P&L accountability for the branch including forecasting and budget management.
• Coordinate service team activity in collaboration with operations leadership.
