Job summary

DuraServ Corp is seeking a VP, Sales & Service to lead and grow a national book of business from Lexington, KY. This player/coach role blends direct selling with team leadership, owning strategy, coaching, and performance across the branch.

You will recruit hunters, train reps on the full sales cycle, and drive revenue growth while maintaining client relationships and P&L accountability. On-site leadership and high client visibility are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum proven sales leadership and quota-attainment in a regional or national role.
• Ability to recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team.
• Strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills with a hunter mindset.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; dock/door familiarity a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a named book of business across your territory.
