Summary

As the Vice President, Sales at Spotless Wash Solutions, you will be a strategic leader responsible for shaping the company’s revenue trajectory and market expansion across the U.S. You will develop and lead national sales initiatives, nurture strategic distributor partnerships, refine product pricing frameworks, and align sales efforts with broader marketing strategies. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving top-line growth, scaling operations, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences from first contact through long-term retention.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Revenue Leadership

  • Define and execute scalable sales strategies aligned with corporate growth objectives.
  • Own the full revenue cycle, from top-of-funnel pipeline generation to deal closure and renewal.
  • Build, lead, and mentor other members of the sales organization as we grow the business.
  • Establish sales targets, KPIs, and forecasting models to track performance and ensure accountability.
  • Cultivate and expand strategic relationships with national and regional distributors, channel partners, and value-added resellers.
  • Lead distributor onboarding, performance evaluations, incentive planning, and co-marketing efforts.
  • Serve as the senior point of contact for key accounts and national distribution partners, ensuring alignment and loyalty.
  • Develop and manage product pricing strategies to maintain competitive positioning while maximizing margins.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members to ensure pricing reflects cost structures, market demand, and value differentiation.
  • Continuously evaluate discounting practices, bundled offerings, and long-term contract structures.
  • Partner with Marketing to synchronize demand generation, brand awareness campaigns, and trade show strategies with sales outreach.
  • Oversee go-to-market planning for new product launches and regional expansions.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to refine positioning and messaging.

Customer Success & Post-Sale Excellence

  • Ensure seamless handoffs from sales to operations, project management, and service teams.
  • Establish post-sale follow-up protocols and satisfaction metrics to drive retention and expansion.
  • Champion a customer-centric culture that results in long-term relationships, referrals, and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree strongly preferred.
  • 8+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in B2B environments, preferably in industrial equipment, water filtration, or technical product categories.
  • Deep experience working with and managing distributor networks, including contract negotiation and joint go-to-market planning.
  • Strong track record in developing pricing strategies and overseeing high-value deal structuring.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and data-driven sales performance management.
  • Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to support sales teams, customer accounts, and distributor engagements.
