Job Summary

Lead the Belden Broadband Solutions Sales organization to drive profitable growth in the North American Broadband/Telecommunications Market. The role is pivotal in translating the company's strategy into practical execution; ensuring the organization is structured, resourced, and capable of delivering against the business plan and strategy. Proactively drive sales initiatives to meet forecast targets quarterly and annually. Report to the VP of Global Sales and be part of the Broadband leadership team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own sales targets, taking accountability for meeting and exceeding them over time.
  • Create and lead a high-performance sales team to grow revenue, maximize share of wallet, and develop new accounts.
  • Develop and execute sales plans aligned with organizational goals, keeping abreast of market and competition.
  • Implement programs to optimize sales performance, including account reviews, sales process embedding, organizational design, and performance management.
  • Utilize Belden tools and methodologies to measure and report business performance.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of market trends and build relationships with key influencers.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers and channel partners.
  • Drive regional business development, identifying new market opportunities.
  • Coach virtual account teams across functions.
  • Coordinate new product introductions and lead contract negotiations with strategic accounts.
  • Communicate vision and goals clearly to the team.
  • Collaborate with other business functions for issue resolution and business intelligence sharing.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or relevant experience.
  • Proven sales leadership experience, including growth in existing and new business across multiple countries.
  • Experience in medium-sized international B2B organizations.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed environment and manage organizational change.
  • Strong sales process and tools knowledge, including CRM and funnel management.
  • Experience managing telecommunications customer bases, pricing strategies, and integrations.
  • Technical affinity with Broadband Solutions Platform.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with flexibility to travel as needed.
