Vice President of Sales

Client is seeking highly qualified candidates for a Vice President of Sales. The role involves cultivating key brand relationships, developing sales strategies, evaluating programming, providing insights and analysis, and forecasting opportunities and risks. The role emphasizes agile revenue growth through effective, scalable strategies that deliver measurable results. Success is defined by sustained and sustainable revenue growth. As the company grows, the VP will collaborate with marketing to develop a multi-channel strategy. This remote position requires significant travel to key markets and meetings with partners.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Build a scalable sales program, including projections and pricing
  2. Work with the CEO to establish and meet targets and KPIs
  3. Cultivate and manage partnerships with hospitality and retail brands
  4. Implement sales strategies to increase placements and qualitative distribution
  5. Develop programming to maximize brand visibility and opportunities
  6. Participate in regional marketing initiatives
  7. Represent the company to partners, clients, and consumers
Preferred Experience and Skills
  • 5+ years in sales leadership, preferably in alcohol beverages and national sales
  • Advanced skills in Excel and CRM systems
  • Strong communication skills, including presentations and writing
  • Data analysis and reporting to develop insights and strategies
