What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, manage, and lead a direct sales division, including Regional Sales Directors, District Managers, and Account Executives
- Drive the team to exceed sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Optimize team performance through recruitment and development of high-performing team members
- Provide insightful reporting to management, accurately forecasting future sales
- Manage key partner relationships and ensure professionalism within the team
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience effectively managing a sales team in the payment acquisition industry
- Proven experience in building a successful sales team
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a strong work ethic
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
