What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee all commercial sales functions for the employer's Accounts Receivables Optimization (ARO) portfolio of products
- Achieve organizational revenue targets and manage the direct sales and account management teams
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth specific to the ARO organization
- Create sales quotas, commission plans, and performance management systems
- Build and maintain channel distribution partnerships to enhance product sales

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 10+ years of 3rd level (or higher) sales management experience
- 10+ years of experience in the healthcare revenue cycle management (RCM) industry
- Proven track record in building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities

- Experience in developing channel sales and distribution strategies
