Job summary

Citi's Risk Governance team seeks a seasoned professional to lead the execution of the firm’s most senior Risk Management Committees. You will drive high-quality governance discussions, ensure timely escalation of issues, and engage stakeholders to improve governance practices across risk types and committees.

You will manage agendas, present materials succinctly to senior management, and collaborate with Risk and business units to surface emerging risks and strategic topics for GRMC, CBNA RC,

Qualifications

• Experience in committee management, governance, risk management, or related control processes.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, able to create clear, transparent presentations for executives.
• Experience developing high-value sustainable use cases leveraging Artificial Intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of assigned governance forums with strong stakeholder engagement and timely follow-up of actions.
• Support development and testing of in-house technology solutions to improve governance execution.
• Oversee governance controls aligned with Manager Control Assessment expectations and monitor ongoing activities.
• Coordinate agendas and materials for GRMC, CBNA RC, and Board RMCs to ensure alignment with charters and regulatory requirements.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships across Risk and partner organizations to improve material quality and governance outcomes.
