Qualifications

• Experience in committee management, governance or risk management and related control processes.
• Strong writing and presentation skills suitable for Board and Executives.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and balance strategic thinking with execution.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of governance forums with stakeholder engagement and action follow-ups.
• Support development and testing of in-house tech solutions for governance.
• Oversee governance controls aligned to Manager Control Assessment expectations.
• Respond to Internal Audit requests related to governance and reporting.
• Manage an integrated calendar for GRMC, CBNA RC and Board RMCs.
• Coordinate agendas, communications, and material development across committees.
• Develop trusted advisor relationships to improve governance outcomes.
• Identify emerging risks and topics to bring to executive committees.
• Provide effective challenge to stakeholders on presentation materials.
