Job summary

Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Irving, TX seeks a Vice President to lead the execution of firm-wide risk governance committees, drive high-quality discussions, and deliver accurate information to senior management. You will coordinate agendas, develop materials, and manage calendar coverage across GRMC, CBNA RC, and Board RMCs while partnering with stakeholders to elevate governance and risk insights.

Qualifications

• 6-10 years in financial services with decision making, problem solving, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills
• Proactive, highly motivated with excellent planning, organizational, follow-up and time management
• Attention to detail; able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a collaborative way
• Experience in committee management, governance, risk management, and policy escalation processes
• Excellent writing skills enabling clear, transparent presentations for Board and Executives
• Experience developing high-value use cases leveraging Artificial Intelligence
• Ability to influence, partner across functions, and exercise sound judgment
• Knowledge of credit, market, liquidity, operational, regulatory, and reputational risks
• Understanding Citi’s businesses and products or similar geographies
• Project management skills would be a plus
• Strong collaboration with peers and junior team members
• Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to business knowledge
• Analytical degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of assigned governance forums, ensuring agenda quality and timely follow-up of actions
• Develop, test and implement in-house technology solutions to support governance committee work
• Oversee governance controls aligned with Manager Control Assessment expectations
• Coordinate agendas, communications, and material development for GRMC, CBNA RC, and Board RMCs
• Provide effective challenge to internal stakeholders on presentation materials for senior leadership
• Engage with subject matter experts to ensure key risks are elevated to Executive Management committees
• Produce clear, succinct presentations for Risk Management Committees and other forums
• Support strategic/regulatory ad-hoc governance projects across their lifecycle
• Contribute to governance process modernization and AI-enabled capabilities
• Foster strong, cross-functional relationships to achieve governance improvements
