Responsibilities

Lead the MCA program execution, including attestations, quality oversight, and reporting.
Lead control activities in support of MCA/RCSA.
Establish a robust MCA inventory with metrics and timely escalation of risks.
Lead regular monitoring of KPIs and evaluate control effectiveness.
Execute controls transformation to integrate practices across cross-functional teams.
Enforce MCA best practices and drive consistent execution across functions.
