Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or control roles in financial services.
• Strong ability to identify, measure and manage risk and controls.

• Deep understanding of Citi's businesses, risk profiles and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of the MCA/RCSA program and related reporting.
• Oversee control activities supporting MCA program and risk management.
• Maintain MCA inventory with key metrics to track gaps and quality.
• Monitor KPIs and evaluate effectiveness of controls.
• Drive controls transformation and best-practice enforcement across teams.
