Qualifications

• Minimum 6-10 years in operational risk management, compliance, audit, or other control-related functions.
• Strong knowledge in development and execution of controls.
• Proven experience in control-related functions in financial services.
• Understanding Citi's Policies, Standards, and Procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment of the effectiveness of existing controls and identify improvements.
• Drive controls enhancements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
• Assist in Enterprise Risk Management Framework adherence.
• Support MCA program attestation, quality oversight, and reporting.
• Execute the MCA per ORM Policy & Framework and applicable standards.
• Compare and assess activities against required Policies and Procedures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop corrective action plans for identified gaps.
• Participate in issue quality reviews and oversight of governance reporting.
