Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services covering controls, audit, compliance, and risk management.
• Experience designing and operating control frameworks with escalation and issue management.
• Strong understanding of regulatory environments and banking operations.
• Analytical thinker able to synthesize data, identify root causes, and communicate risk insights.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute control strategies to identify and mitigate risks.
• Lead integrated risk assessment and top-down risk analysis.
• Strengthen issue management with real-time detection and remediation tracking.
• Leverage data analytics and automation to improve control effectiveness.
• Collaborate with CCB, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk to align priorities.
