Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Sr. Associate Control Manager within Finance & Business Management for the Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) organization.

You will identify and mitigate compliance and operational risks, partnering with executives to implement effective control strategies that safeguard operations. You will lead or support risk programs, design proactive controls using automation and data analytics, and drive improvements with new technology while maintaining strong regulatory

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services with controls, audit, quality assurance or risk management.
• Independently applies risk management practices in routine situations and escalates when needed.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement to minimize disruption.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze risks and controls and identify gaps.
• Design and monitor controls using automation and data analytics.
• Review program data (KRI/KPI) and create reports to support decisions.
• Lead Risk & Control Self-Assessments and process walkthroughs.
• Drive control program projects ensuring regulatory compliance and improvements via new tech.
• Promote digital risk management, agile practices and automation.
