Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Vice President Control Manager within the Consumer and Community Banking group to lead an enhanced control framework and support continuous risk assessment. You will guide top-down risk analysis, real-time issue detection, escalation, root cause analysis, and remediation.

You will head a team, drive data analytics, automation, anti-fraud and cybersecurity initiatives, and partner with Legal, Compliance, Audit and Risk stakeholders to achieve strategic milestones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in financial services with controls, audit, or risk management.
• Experience building and improving risk-based control frameworks.
• Ability to design escalation procedures and advise across Legal, Compliance, Audit, and Risk.
• Strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to train teams on risk management practices.
