Job summary

Creative Dining Services seeks a strategic Vice President of Revenue & Retail to drive enterprise-wide revenue growth and pricing governance across dining, retail, and catering programs. This executive role requires leading multi-unit teams, shaping guest-focused retail experiences, and reporting to the CEO.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years in revenue management, strong pricing discipline, and extensive experience in foodservice operations, retail merchandising, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred. Will consider equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership in revenue management, retail operations, foodservice or hospitality.
• Proven success leading revenue growth in multi-unit operations.
• Experience with pricing strategies and profitability improvement programs.
• Expertise in retail foodservice, convenience store operations and category management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide revenue growth strategies across campuses and markets.
• Design meal plan offerings and pricing to increase participation and revenue.
• Identify new revenue opportunities across higher education, corporate dining, and other segments.
• Lead pricing governance and revenue management initiatives across locations.
• Develop forecasts, dashboards, and KPIs; present findings to senior leadership.
