Qualifications

• Progressive leadership experience overseeing multi-unit restaurant/hospitality operations at a regional or executive level.
• Strong financial acumen including P&L, forecasting, budgeting and labor strategies.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for a portfolio of restaurant operations across markets and regions.
• Lead, coach, and develop General Managers and leadership teams to achieve business objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, labor management, revenue optimization, and cost controls.
