Qualifikationen

• Twelve (12+) years of related experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Business Operations, including leading enterprise-scale revenue growth initiatives.
• Experience advising Presidents, C-suite leaders, or enterprise executive committees on revenue performance, forecasting, and investment decisions.
• Proven ability to lead enterprise revenue growth strategies and drive commercial transformation.
• Strong financial acumen with experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and performance management.
• Advanced understanding of CRM, analytics, automation, artificial intelligence, and revenue technologies.

• Owns BU revenue forecasting, pipeline management, and governance to improve growth predictability and seller productivity.
• Leads executive reviews and translates data into actionable strategies for revenue growth and operational excellence.
• Develops long-term revenue plans, market expansion, and capacity models to support enterprise priorities.
• Partners with cross-functional leaders to align BU objectives with enterprise strategy and financial goals.
