You will own pricing standards, deal desk, and a forecast model with Finance, while building and growing the Revenue Operations team. The role requires 10+ years in revenue or sales operations, deep CRM and forecasting experience, and a proven ability to lead a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in revenue or sales operations with CRM, forecasting and analytics.
• Proven track record of scalable revenue processes and pipeline metrics.
• Experience leading a Revenue Operations team with clear ownership.

Responsabilités

• Own pricing governance and revenue models for services and SaaS offerings.
• Manage forecast cadence with Finance and leadership, identify risks.
• Lead deal desk, optimize sales stages and quote-to-cash processes.
• Oversee data quality, reporting, and revenue tech stack.
• Build and scale Revenue Operations team with clear ownership.
