BambooHR, a Utah-based HR software leader, is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Marketing to drive its AI-first marketing strategy, pipeline growth, and demand creation. You will lead Web, Lifecycle, and Mid-Funnel programs while shaping the future of revenue generation with executive leadership.

The role requires 12+ years in demand generation or revenue marketing within B2B SaaS and a strong track record of scalable, data-driven results in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership in demand generation or revenue marketing.
• Experience leading revenue marketing in B2B SaaS or high-volume B2B environments.
• Proven ownership of pipeline targets and measurable revenue outcomes.
• Experience managing annual marketing investments exceeding $50M.
• Strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop leaders across Web, Lifecycle Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Mid-Funnel & Channel Programs.
• Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and organizational design for the marketing function.
• Define and execute an AI-powered demand generation strategy with modern tech.
• Partner with Sales, Revenue Ops, Product, and Leadership to improve funnel performance and revenue.
