Qualifications

• 15+ years of software development and engineering leadership, including 5+ years in a Director-level or comparable leader-of-leaders role

Responsibilities

• Own the engineering outcomes for the employee journey across multiple teams and set priorities
• Lead AI-native product development across the employee journey with measurable value
• Establish operating mechanisms, manage risks, and ensure reliable execution
• Build a high-impact leadership team with strong technical depth and accountability
• Align Product, Technology, Customer Experience, and GTM around shared outcomes
