Job summary

Overwatch Mission Critical seeks a Vice President of Business Operations to align growth strategy with the capabilities needed to win and deliver profitable business. This is a cross-functional leadership role focused on Revenue Enablement and enterprise performance.

The role connects Revenue to the broader enterprise, ensuring visibility, capacity, tools, and cross-functional support across the business to pursue opportunities effectively and drive profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a business-related field.
• 10+ years in Business Operations, Revenue Enablement, Commercial Operations, Strategy & Operations, or comparable roles, including 5+ years in senior leadership.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of sales, pricing, and the customer lifecycle.
• Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into clear priorities and coordinated action across functions.

Responsibilities

• Connect commercial strategy and pipeline with the enterprise capabilities required to support growth.
• Identify constraints preventing Revenue teams from pursuing or converting opportunities.
• Ensure Revenue has visibility, insights, tools, and cross-functional support to execute.
• Translate market and pipeline opportunities into enterprise requirements and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Recruiting, Marketing, Finance, Delivery, and enterprise capabilities to drive measurable outcomes.
