Job summary

EnableComp is seeking a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Technology Operations to translate our technology strategy into scalable, reliable performance across revenue cycle service lines. You will report to the EVP of Operations and lead through senior directors and global partners, aligning technology enablement with business growth and client commitments.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or related environment.
• 5+ years at the senior director or vice president level.
• Demonstrated success building and leading an enterprise technology-operations portfolio with measurable business outcomes.
• Experience directing outsourced or global delivery partnerships with vendor governance and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the enterprise vision, multi-year roadmap, and operating model for technology operations.
• Own the portfolio of Operations technology, automation, and global-operations initiatives with governance.
• Establish decision rights and accountability across multiple functions and partners.
• Translate strategy into enterprise capabilities and delivery requirements.
• Sponsor workflow redesign and standardization across onshore and global teams.
• Set portfolio KPIs for productivity, quality, cost-to-serve, and ROI; report to executives.
• Lead Technology Operations leadership teams and drive adoption execution.
• Collaborate with Technology, Product, Data to align with platform roadmaps and data availability.
• Maintain governance, regulatory controls, and information security across delivery partners.
