Job summary

Vasion is seeking a VP of Revenue Operations to lead the optimization and scaling of all revenue-generating processes across sales, marketing, customer success, and partnerships. You will align go-to-market strategies with company goals, drive data-driven revenue growth, and function as the central hub for operational excellence.

You will shape the revenue engine by building scalable processes, advanced analytics, and dashboards to monitor KPIs like pipeline velocity, CAC, and lifetime value.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading revenue or sales operations in SaaS or related leadership roles.
• Experience applying data-driven approaches to maximize revenue growth.
• Proven ability to align go-to-market strategies across sales, marketing, and customer success.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive revenue strategy and execution roadmaps with senior leadership.
• Align revenue goals with company objectives and strategic initiatives.
• Re-build scalable processes for predictable revenue growth and efficient handoffs between teams.
• Own revenue reporting, forecasting, and KPI dashboards for leadership insights.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing revenue operations team and foster collaboration.
