Job summary

Med-Metrix is seeking a Vice President of Transformation Services to lead revenue cycle transformation initiatives, optimize operations, and improve financial outcomes for clients. The role requires strategic guidance, expert analysis, and strong leadership to drive end-to-end processes across hospital-based and healthcare settings.

Qualified candidates will have 10+ years in revenue cycle leadership, deep knowledge of regulatory provisions, and proven ability to mentor high-performing teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• 10+ years in a leadership role within revenue cycle services.
• Strong knowledge of revenue cycle management principles and practices.
• Familiarity with state and federal regulations related to revenue cycle operations.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive revenue cycle transformation initiatives to maximize efficiency and effectiveness of end-to-end operations and services for clients.
• Provide strategic guidance to stakeholders on revenue cycle optimization initiatives.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and documentation to monitor and communicate initiative effectiveness.
• Act as a subject matter expert on revenue cycle practices and operations for clients and team members.
• Monitor analytics to report trends in payments, denials and issues; develop corrective action recommendations.
• Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, regulations, and managed care contracts.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and Med-Metrix information.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures; analyze and resolve complex problems promptly.
• Communicate effectively with patients, insurers, hospital staff, and clients.
• Collaborate with Business Development during the sales process providing revenue cycle expertise.
• Oversee security measures like disabling remote access for terminated or transferred employees when applicable.
