Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, sales or related field; MBA or advanced degree a plus.
• Minimum 7–10 years of sales or sales management experience with track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Minimum 5 years in a management role with leadership, coaching, and mentoring responsibilities.
• Advanced knowledge of lottery products and services preferred.
• E‑commerce experience to enhance retail strategy and omnichannel engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes a comprehensive retail sales strategy maximizing revenue, profitability, and market share across all segments.
• Leads, mentors, and manages the retail sales organization including Field Sales, Corporate Account Managers, and Sales Operations.
• Oversees retailer onboarding, training, incentive programs, and performance management; drives adoption of new checkout features and POS integration.
• Drives collaboration with Marketing, IT, Finance and Operations to align retail execution with product strategy.
• Prepares and manages budgets for the retail channel and reports to executive leadership.
