Bed Bath & Beyond is seeking a seasoned VP of Retail Planning to lead revenue management and channel P&L across e-commerce, marketplaces, and stores. You will own pricing, promotions, and mix strategy to convert topline growth into profitable growth.

You will build and lead a high-impact finance team, partner with Marketing, Merchandising, and Store Operations, and guide executive-level decision-making with data-driven insights.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with a significant portion in retail finance.
• Extensive, hands-on experience in net revenue management — pricing, promotion, mix, and marketing/trade spend ROI.
• Demonstrated P&L management of a large, multi-channel business, including accountability for delivering plan.

Aufgaben

• Own the channel P&Ls from gross sales through contribution margin.
• Lead the Net Revenue Management / Revenue Growth Management agenda: pricing architecture, promotional strategy, mix management, and revenue realization.
• Improve GMROI through disciplined promotional calendar management — pre-event ROI modeling, post-event audits.
• Manage the tension between current-year profit and long-range growth, with clear, quantified trade-off recommendations to the CFO.
