Job summary

Bed Bath & Beyond seeks a Vice President of Finance, Retail Planning to lead one of three finance verticals and own channel P&Ls from gross sales to contribution margin for eCommerce, marketplaces, and stores. You will build a high-impact team and establish a pricing, promotion, and ROI framework to drive profitable growth.

The role reports to the CFO and requires 15+ years in retail finance with strong strategic influence and executive presence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience
• Experience in retail finance (omnichannel preferred)
• Strong command of forecasting, planning and long-range budgeting

Responsibilities

• Own the channel P&Ls from gross sales through contribution margin
• Lead Net Revenue Management agenda: pricing, promotion, mix, ROI
• Improve GMROI through promotional calendar management and post-event audits
• Manage trade-offs between current-year profit and long-range growth
• Build and lead a team of finance professionals and partner with commercial leaders
