Job summary

Bed Bath & Beyond, Inc. is seeking a seasoned VP, Retail Planning to own top-line P&Ls across eCommerce, marketplaces, and stores. You will drive net revenue management, pricing, promotions, mix, and marketing ROI while leading a multi-channel finance team.

You will partner with Planning, Marketing, Merchandising, and Store Ops to deliver annual plans, forecast accuracy, and strategic growth, shaping performance in a fast-moving retail environment.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience, with focus on retail and omnichannel.
• Extensive hands-on net revenue management: pricing, promotion, mix, marketing ROI.
• Proven P&L ownership of multi-channel business and delivering plan.
• 5+ years leading finance teams at director level or above.
• Strong forecasting, planning, and long-range planning in a fast-moving retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Own channel P&L from gross sales to contribution margin, delivering revenue and profitability targets.
• Build and lead Net Revenue Management, pricing, promotions, and discounts strategy.
• Improve GMROI through promotional calendar management, ROI modeling and audits.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Merchandising, eCommerce, and Store Ops.
• Grow topline forecast accuracy and close process accuracy.
• Represent Retail Planning in executive and board materials.
