Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Leads, plans, and executes a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty.
• Leads, coaches and ensures the delivery of a differentiated client experience and a seamless omni-channel service.
• Drives the employee experience via onboarding, coaching and development of branch team members.
• Manages operational, human capital, reputational and business risk and ensures regulatory compliance.
