Job summary

Slim Chickens seeks a visionary Vice President of IT Restaurant Systems to set the IT strategy for restaurant technology worldwide, including POS, BOH, digital menus, and app integrations. You will lead a global team and partner with executives and franchisees to drive guest experience and efficiency.

You will own the project portfolio from concept to deployment, manage budgets, oversee PCI compliance, ensure data security, and steer deployments of internal tools and AI platforms.

Qualifications

• Strategic IT leadership for restaurant technology across the enterprise
• Experience with POS, BOH, and digital menu boards in multi-unit setups
• Ability to manage end-to-end technology projects from concept to deployment
• Budget planning for IT operating and capital expenditures
• PCI compliance and data security governance in a restaurant chain
• Experience with franchise systems and vendor management

• Owns the IT strategy and roadmap for restaurant technology worldwide
