Slim Chickens in Fayetteville, AR invites a seasoned Vice President – IT Restaurant Systems to set the company's IT strategy for restaurant technology across domestic and international systems.

You will direct the project portfolio, oversee day-to-day support, and manage a multi-location tech infrastructure including POS and Back Office systems, collaborating with executives and franchise partners to drive guest experience and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in MIS or related field.
• 10+ years in restaurant technology.
• Proven track record leading technology strategy at multi-unit brands.
• Strong leadership and change-management skills.
• Experience with POS, back-office systems, and PCI compliance.
• Ability to partner with executives and franchisees.

Responsibilities

• Owns IT strategy and roadmap for all restaurant technology.
• Leads end-to-end project management of core IT initiatives.
• Manages POS and Back Office technology deployments with minimal disruption.
• Builds and scales the Restaurant Systems team.
• Oversees PCI compliance and data security.
• Partners with leadership and franchisees to deliver ROI.
