Job summary

Church’s Texas Chicken is seeking a POS Project Manager to lead concurrent POS hardware upgrades and BOH software migrations across about 770 locations. You’ll coordinate vendors, store scheduling, and validation, while driving change management and franchisee engagement to minimize operational disruption.

The role requires strong program management, vendor oversight, and clear communication with senior IT leadership and franchise partners, with on-site work in Atlanta and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Business, PM, or related field.
• Experience leading large POS hardware deployments in multi-unit environments.
• Experience with BOH software migrations and cutover planning.
• Strong vendor management and franchise partner coordination.
• Ability to manage two concurrent deployment programs and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end PM for concurrent POS hardware upgrades and BOH migrations across ~770 locations.
• Design wave-based deployment cadence and coordinate vendors, schedules, and validation.
• Lead BOH migration planning, cutover playbooks, readiness checklists, and support protocols.
• Track defects, enhancements, and release timelines with vendors and stakeholders.
• Deliver clear status reports and escalation communications to leadership and partners.
• Engage franchise partners to plan deployment scheduling and manage change impacts.
• Identify blockers early and drive resolution with recommended paths forward.
• Capture deployment metrics and lessons learned for continuous improvement.
