Everest in Warren, NJ seeks a strategic VP to lead Reinsurance data, analytics and business performance. You will own the data roadmap, govern data quality, and deliver enterprise reporting and AI-enabled insights to executive leadership.

You’ll partner with Underwriting, Claims, Finance and Technology to drive data-driven decisions across a global organization. The role requires deep Reinsurance knowledge, exceptional stakeholder management, and a track record of building high-performing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, finance, analytics, or data science.
• 12+ years in data, analytics, BI, or leadership roles.
• Deep Reinsurance experience across underwriting, claims, finance and operations.
• Proven enterprise reporting and BI leadership experience.
• Advanced Power BI expertise and self-service analytics enablement.
• Experience partnering with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data, analytics, reporting, and business performance strategy.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify priorities and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Own the Reinsurance data and analytics roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Collaborate with Technology to deliver scalable data capabilities.
• Lead development of reporting solutions and executive dashboards.
• Establish KPI definitions, governance, and reporting standards.
• Provide leadership for Power BI capabilities and data modeling.
• Advance data governance, stewardship, and data quality practices.
• Explore AI-enabled insights and natural language querying.
• Drive process improvements and analytics for business growth.
• Communicate insights through executive presentations and forums.
• Mentor and develop a high-performing analytics team.
