Responsibilities

• Support the management and delivery of strategic and high-priority projects across underwriting, technology/AI, operations, claims, finance, actuarial, corporate development, and other functions.
• Develop project plans, coordinate resources, track progress, and ensure timely delivery.
• Gather requirements, conduct analysis, and prepare recommendations for business cases.
• Leverage data and metrics to identify opportunities to improve processes and operating models.
• Produce status reports, risk logs, timelines, and executive-ready presentations.
• Escalate issues and partner with senior leaders to resolve them.
• Track benefits and ensure realization of expected value.
• Identify risks early and propose mitigation plans.
• Build cross-functional relationships and foster collaboration across geographies.
• Promote accountability and disciplined execution.
