The Vice President, Reinsurance Data, Analytics & Business Performance is responsible for leading the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data, reporting, analytics, and business performance capabilities across Everest's Reinsurance organization. This role partners closely with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, Operations, Technology, and Insurance Data & Analytics teams to deliver trusted data, actionable insights, and scalable analytics solutions to drive data-enabled decision-making and business outcomes. The role serves as a key liaison between business and technology, translating business needs into data and analytics initiatives, advancing data governance and data quality capabilities, and driving the adoption of modern reporting, self-service analytics, and AI-enabled solutions. Success in this position requires strong reinsurance domain knowledge, stakeholder management skills, analytics expertise, and the ability to collaborate and lead teams to influence outcomes across our global organization. A key responsibility of this role is advancing Everest's Reinsurance data maturity by strengthening data governance, data quality, and stewardship practices across critical business domains. The role will champion the adoption of enterprise data standards and help establish a disciplined approach to managing and governing data as a strategic asset.
The base salary range for this position is $201,000 - $245,000 annually.
