Job summary
Everest Global Services, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Reinsurance Data, Analytics & Business Performance to lead data strategy, governance, and analytics across the Reinsurance organization.
You will partner with Underwriting, Claims, Finance, and Technology to deliver trusted data, actionable insights, and scalable solutions for executive decision-making. The role requires deep reinsurance domain knowledge, 12+ years in data leadership, and expert Power BI, governance, and AI-enabled
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a quantitative field and 12+ years in data & analytics leadership.
- Strong reinsurance knowledge across underwriting, claims, finance, and portfolio metrics.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Reinsurance data, analytics, reporting, and business performance strategy.
- Own the data and analytics roadmap and deliver scalable capabilities.
- Lead high-performing teams and partner with business and technology to drive data-enabled decisions.
- Establish KPI definitions, dashboards, and governance standards for enterprise data.
