Job summary

Everest Global Services, Inc. in Warren, NJ, seeks a Vice President, Reinsurance Data, Analytics & Business Performance to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of data, reporting, analytics, and performance capabilities across the Reinsurance organization.

You will partner with underwriting, claims, finance, operations, technology, and analytics teams to drive data-enabled decision making. The role requires strong reinsurance domain knowledge, executive stakeholder management, and hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in data & analytics, BI, or related leadership roles.
• Deep Reinsurance industry experience with knowledge of underwriting, claims, finance and operations.
• Led enterprise reporting, analytics, and BI functions for decision making.
• Advanced Power BI expertise including dashboards, data modeling, and KPI frameworks.
• Experience partnering with business and technology teams to deliver data capabilities.
• Strong data governance, metadata management, and data quality practices.
• Familiarity with cloud data platforms and AI capabilities relevant to analytics.
• Understanding of Reinsurance metrics like premium growth, loss ratio, and ROA.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the data, analytics, reporting, and performance strategy.
• Partner with senior leaders to identify priorities and deliver data-driven solutions.
• Own the data and analytics roadmap translating strategy into initiatives.
• Collaborate with Tech and Enterprise Data teams to deliver scalable capabilities.
• Lead development and enhancement of reporting solutions with timely insights.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and governance frameworks.
