Qualifications

• 15+ years of P&C insurance experience in North America.
• 15+ years of delegated authority distribution experience.
• Deep knowledge of core P&C products including property, casualty, liability and specialty lines.
• Proven track record managing P&L for an insurance business.

Responsibilities

• Set strategic vision for Everest Underwriting Partners and drive profitable growth.
• Define underwriting strategy, risk appetite, and portfolio priorities across programs.
• Lead MGA/MGU relationships and distribution partnerships to expand delegated authority.
• Monitor portfolio performance, pricing adequacy, loss trends, and analytics.
• Ensure governance, compliance, and operational excellence across all programs.
