Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of compliance/regulatory experience in financial services.
  • Familiarity with OCC, FDIC, CFPB, Federal Reserve and related rules.
  • Experience translating regulatory developments into actionable deliverables.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven governance and oversight capabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the Regulatory Change Management program for the U.S. Banks.
  • Track regulatory developments and communicate impact to stakeholders.
  • Maintain governance oversight for end-to-end regulatory change processes.
  • Manage inventory of laws, rules, regs, and change proposals.
  • Develop and document inputs, stakeholder feedback, and reports.
  • Liaise with Compliance, Advisory, and Testing teams on requirements.
