Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• CRCM; MBA or JD from an accredited school desired.
• 8+ years of compliance and/or regulatory experience in the financial service industry.
• Familiarity with OCC, FDIC, CFPB and Federal Reserve regulations.
• Strong analytical, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Experience with regulations affecting swap dealers is a plus.
• Ability to produce high-quality, error-free deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with reporting and project-management tools (SharePoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage the Regulatory Change Management program for the U.S. Banks, tracking regulatory developments and producing regular reports.
• Maintain governance oversight for end-to-end regulation management processes.
• Maintain inventory of laws and regulatory proposals and capture stakeholder feedback.
• Develop and sustain processes to document inputs and stakeholder feedback on regulatory changes.
• Maintain a quality review program for the regulatory change process.
• Communicate regulatory changes to impacted risk, legal and business partners.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Advisory, and Testing teams on regulation changes.
