Job summary

Morgan Stanley seeks a Regulatory Change Management Officer to lead identification, analysis, and communication of regulatory change for the U.S. Banks. You will partner with Non-Financial Risk, Financial Risk, Legal and 1st line of defense to translate developments into actionable outcomes.

The role is VP level within Bank NFR Strategy & Regulatory Oversight, focusing on governance, risk framework alignment, and change management across regulatory expectations. In-person interviews are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CRCM; MBA or JD from an accredited school desired.
• 8+ years of compliance and/or regulatory experience in financial services.
• Familiarity with OCC, FDIC, CFPB and Federal Reserve regulations.
• Familiarity with regulations affecting swap dealers a plus.
• Excellent reasoning and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to analyze data and present reports clearly.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Team player with a strong work ethic and drive for excellence.
• Proficiency in reporting tools (SharePoint, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regulatory Change Management program for U.S. Banks.
• Track regulatory developments and produce regular reports.
• Govern end-to-end regulations management processes.
• Maintain inventory of laws and change proposals.
• Analyze inputs and collect stakeholder feedback on regulation changes.
• Maintain a quality review program for regulatory processes.
• Communicate changes to Non-Financial Risk, Financial Risk, Legal and business partners.
