Morgan Stanley seeks a Regulatory Change Management Officer for U.S. Banks Non-Financial Risk to lead identification, analysis, and communication of regulatory change across Non-Financial Risk, Financial Risk, Legal, and business partners.

As a VP in Bank NFR Strategy & Regulatory Oversight, you will advance the non-financial risk agenda, govern end-to-end regulatory change processes, and ensure high-quality, well-documented deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• CRCM; MBA or JD from an accredited school desired.
• 8+ years of compliance and/or regulatory experience, with knowledge of the financial service industry, regulatory requirements, and experience in analyzing business risk and best practices.
• Familiarity with OCC, FDIC, CFPB and Federal Reserve regulations including ECOA/Regulation B, Reg Z, Reg E, and related rules.
• Strong communication, analytical, and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Morgan Stanley Regulatory Change Management program for the U.S. Banks.
• Track regulatory developments and produce regular reports for regulators and business partners.
• Maintain governance oversight for end-to-end regulations management.
• Develop and sustain the inventory of laws, rules and regulatory changes.
• Communicate regulatory changes to impacted partners and stakeholders.
