Job summary

Colliers | Vice President, Transaction Management seeks an accomplished real estate executive to own and drive multi‑jurisdiction transaction programs for corporate clients in North America. You will lead strategy, due diligence, negotiations and client relations, coordinating brokers,Legal teams and finance to optimize portfolio performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of commercial real estate transaction experience.
• Active real estate license or willingness to obtain within 6 months.
• Advanced computer software skills and internet navigation proficiency.
• Working knowledge of AI/LLM tools for research and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage complex real estate transactions across North America.
• Negotiate terms for leases, renewals and property acquisitions/disposals.
• Develop market analyses, financial models and proposals for clients.
• Lead cross‑functional resources and stakeholders through transaction cycles.
• Monitor deadlines, prepare reports and present updates to clients and leaders.
• Travel for site tours, regional meetings and client engagements as needed.
