Job summary

Colliers is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to manage complex real estate transactions and support due diligence across properties. You will coordinate documents, timelines, compliance and communications with clients and stakeholders to drive successful closings.

In this role you’ll work onsite with cross‑functional teams, develop marketing materials, and leverage industry tools to promote Colliers’ Greater Industrial platform and institutional clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
• 3+ years supporting sales in Commercial Real Estate preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and follow-through skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the entire transaction process with documents, contracts and agreements.
• Assist in due diligence investigations—property information, financial records, leases and permits.
• Coordinate deal sheets, trade records and supporting paperwork for transactions.
• Liaise between buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, brokers, attorneys and lenders.
• Create and manage transaction timelines, coordinating inspections, appraisals and closings.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and internal policies; maintain records.
